When you buy, service, or ask about a boat, engine, or product, we collect the information you give us:
When you call our store, calls are recorded and may be answered by our automated phone assistant. Recordings and call summaries are kept for up to 30 days and used only internally.
To provide sales, service, and parts. To schedule and update you about service. To send quotes, invoices, and payment links. To answer your questions. To keep business and tax records.
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we use it to text with you about your service, purchases, and questions (see our SMS Terms).
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in or consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We share information only with service providers who help us run our business, such as our dealer management system, payment processor, phone and messaging providers, and accounting software. We also share it when required by law, or with manufacturers and lenders when needed to complete a sale, warranty, or financing you request. We do not sell personal information.
We use a Facebook app (“Page Poster”) only to publish posts to the Andalusia Marine & Powersports Facebook Page. This app does not collect, store, or share personal information from Facebook users. Anything you post on our Facebook Page, such as comments, reactions, or messages, is handled under Meta’s own privacy policy. If you want us to delete content or information related to your interactions with our Page, contact us at (334) 427-1428 or info@andalusiamarine.com.
Card payments are processed by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information by contacting us at (334) 427-1428 or info@andalusiamarine.com. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information.
